Re: Hardware running on .Net Micro Framework

I'm using these: http://iteadstudio.com/store/index.php? ... ucts_id=53

Regarding code, if you can read a datasheet, you can write the code too, thats how I do it for code-less sensors

Re: Hardware running on .Net Micro Framework

Erisan, which sensor are you using and what is the range that you are getting? Sensor for what? I use mostly OneWire sensors, but also Hall-Effect sensors. Depends on what you wanna measure. Regarding the range, i didn't do any tests, but my home is about 20 by 10 and i have no reception problems. ...

Re: Hardware running on .Net Micro Framework

I use 2.4Ghz RF modules that can send at 2Mbit, and they cost 2,9€, and thats what i've settled on.

XBee is very nice, but way too expensive

Re: [Project] Arduino based RFID scanner

Are you sure that the TagID you read corresponds to the TagID written on the tag? OK NODE=1 TAG=41003D948F67 I have the exact same reader, but the id's i read don't correspond to whats written on the tag itself. I found the solution here maniacbug.wordpress.com/2011/10/09/125k ... le-rdm630/ but it ...

Re: ISKRA ME162

Usualy it is an Open Collector output. In the manual/datasheet/mounting instructions, you should be able to find the allowed voltage range you can use, but consider 5V as safe.

Re: 1-wire - ds2423 crazy counts?

Use shielded cable, that protects you better from EMI interference. I saw the same problem with UTP CAT5. You can use CAT5 cable in some environments but you have to use them in pairs (ex: orange +5V, orange/white GND, blue sensor, blue/white GND)
