Tnx for your help guys! Tried Digit his file and checked out homeseer and irtrans forum but sadly enough still no homeseer control. Seems like IR control is not done that much. Think I will buy the Roomba IR remote. If I find another solution I'll post here for future reference.

Well that is not good, new Zwave devices should not have this behaviour when battery drops below a level. It should stop working. the old X10 MS13 has a same kind of problem. Update: Spend about 20 hours on this problem. Messed up my homeseer devices and events big time trying to find the problem.
