Re: Homeseer (finally) on DomoticaVergelijken.nl
I have just written a review of Homeseer on that website. Not sure why I did it, my domestic To Do list is not exactly short. But I guess I feel Homeseer deserves more attention in Holland than that it´s getting. It´s not easy to learn of course (and I have had my cursing moments...) but as far as I...

Danalock smart lock V2 announced
I noticed that Danalock has launched V2 of their smartlock. It looks like they have stopped producing the square looking one and are concentrating only on the round one https://danalock.com/?page_id=35 In any case, I have bought this V2 version and will try it out on my front door as soon as I recei...

Re: Homey on Kickstarter
As it's now exactly 1 year later since the last post, I'm curious if anybody has any Homey experiences to share?
Is this thing as good as advertised?

And another Dutch HA company announces itself...
Found on website of the Telegraaf (Dutch newspaper), telegraaf.nl/premium/dft/dftavond/24439 ... aign=email MyHomeBox is launching at IFA. It seems that every company is jumping on the Home Automation (HA) bandwagon. I just can't keep track anymore on the number of companies launching new HA control...

The potential to revolutionize occupancy detection?
I came across an interesting post over at the Homeseer forum and I just had to post it here. There's apparently some new technology coming this year to vastly improve occupancy detection. Sort of a super-PIR. cepro.com/article/apicals_smart_secure_ ... out_video/ In a more typical security applicati...

Anybody knows/using Niles Smart Home Services?
A friend pointed this thing out, but I had never heard of it. Is there anybody using it? I'm on Homeseer2 and mulling if I should move to HS3 or start over with something else. Their website (Dutch company): http://www.hello-niles.com Their marketing must be good, because Accenture has nominated the...

Re: Update to HS3 or switch to other platform?
I'm in the same situation, 4-year user of HS2 and contemplating if I should move to HS3. I would love to move to Fibaro or Vera or some other 'modern' HA system with more user friendly functionality. But I think I can't. In my HS2 configuration I also non Z-wave sensors/devices which (to my knowledg...

Hi Marcel, marcelk wrote:Since I'm just starting with domotica I think I better sell/trade the RFXLAN and get me a PI with an USB version of the RFXCOM interface.
In case your RFXLAN is the 868 Mhz version and you still have it for sale, I'm interested

Thanks to you both for the quick reply.
Happy to hear that it will work!
And yes, let´s hope the rfxlan has a long life ahead of it....

RFXLan usable in Homeseer 3?
Hello,
For the past 4 years I am an happy user of RFXLAN with Homeseer 2 Pro. I use the RFXLAN to sense my Visionic 868 Mhz sensors (not the 433 sensors).
I would like to migrate from HS2PRO to HS3PRO but can anyone tell me if my trusty RFXLAN will work with HS3pro?
Thanks in advance
Olof

Re: IPPower HS3
