i have called the helpdesk today,... they told me that the circle+ must be matche to the stretch. i did reset the cicle+ and that's coursing the problem.... the stretch cannot pair to the cicle+ by it's self :( this only can be done by plugwise,...so i have to sent the hardware to plugwise to fix th...

the 2.1.8 version is installed

desktop app is a differend program,

my stretch has had an firmware upgrade, after upgrade it could not connecting to the circle+.
after that problem i have reseted the circle+. it did not help.
now i read in the manual that the circle+ may not be reseted what should i do to get the connection back?

I have tried 2 times bij mail ,...but no response i mis the 25-250 nodes and the export function,....but are there more options that were deleted from the latest update? i try tomorrow to give them a call,...see if they can help me this way. :( :( **** Dutch****** ik heb het via mail reeds 2 x gepro...

Probeer er achter te komen of de 2.1.8 versie inmiddels voor iedereen is vrij gegven.

is vrijgegeven, die van mij heeft ook een update gedaan. nu wel een probleem met verbinding maken met de cicle+ maar dat is waarschijnlijk m'n eigen schuld

problem solved,. thanks to Rien,.....i did not upgraded the statistics.xml to the latest version
