Pieter,

1 liefst 2 kaarten voor mij indien je voorraad het toelaat.
De dag zelf maakt me niet zoveel uit.

Thnx,

Richard

I bought this one. Same thing and works fine with RFXCom. No problem buying in England and getting it into the Netherlands.

Re: RFXPower rollover, how to handle best?

I will probably continue the old value and store the last old elek meter value and subtract that from current data to get the new meter value. Otherwise I would run into negative values. I don't see any other way. Maybe Essent can set the new meter value to my old meter value because it is digital b...

Re: RFXPower rollover, how to handle best?

I guess something similar like this will happen next year to me when I get a new elek meter. Now I have an old one registering 75 pulses per kw and the new one registers 1000 pulses per kw. That just changes the devider but the new meter starts @ zero whereas the old one now is @ 107000 kw. I guess ...

Re: Need a new tv, wonder what forum members have

Slightly OT but nice to know. The LG owners manual is not always correct as for the command set. Source switching is different per model but nothing you can't figure out by yourself, however the new CI+ models didn't show the correct commands in the manual. We had to talk to the manufacturer to get ...

Re: Need a new tv, wonder what forum members have

@ LG almost any model hosts a serial port with a known protocol. So if you want to be able to control your TV, LG is your best buy. Other brands sometimes have rs232 ports and newer ones can be controlled through network.

Moistsensor

I want to measure the moistlevel in my garden maybe even at serveral places to determine if I need to water the garden. I already have the wateringsystem thought out and it will be fully controllable by my HA system. I have rain, hygro, temp sensors etc with which I can figure out if I need to water...

Re: Getting AV equipment under control

Just read your latste blog page. 44 Watt while listening to the radio is not a whole lot. I got two Onkyo's (5000E and 5007) and both consume at least 160Watt when listening to the radio even if that is done one Zone 2 or 3. I control both through RS232 and have been doing so for the last 13 years. ...

Thank you very much. I implemented one set of these into my HouseBot theme and I am happy with the results.

How could I miss FS20. That's the basis of my system...
I bet there are even many more. But the true standard remains EIB and it is expanding rapidly.

Re: Communication protocols used in Domotica

Agree with Tiz. Unlike Crestron most other systems (HS, CQC, HouseBot, Control 4 ... etc) all built interface layers to host many different protocols. Don't forget to include AV equipment. AV becomes part of the domotica system in living rooms, multi rooms, home theaters etc. There is no AV protocol...

Re: USB RFXCOM receiver problem

I use FS20 on 868MHZ to control lights. Whenever I am using my cell phone (GSM T-Mobile @ 1800MHZ) close to the FS20 switches, they don't work. So it seems possible to jam in across frequency bands. What about neighbours? Do you have them and if yes, did you ask them about this issue? I have lots an...
