Not to be to negative about this.
This is something simulair to the old SDE agreement, a limited budget that probaly will also be all used up in 1 day.
So if you would like to make use of it then get in front of the line as soon as possible.

Agree, the btw of 6% was a better and much easier option

Sometimes a quick and simple calculation will give you a better feeling about what's going on.
For example: They tell me that i better could have wait for the 6% BTW tarif.
So let's asume that it did happen. I will order my panels and about 6-8 months later that are on the roof and production is started.
(That's via WWZ. if you buy then locally they are faster up and running but they will cost you about 1500,- more)
The savings in those 6-8 months are equal or more then the reduction.

Remark for Dutch readers: Arbeidsloon voor panelen op dak te laten leggen vallen onder het 6% BTW tarief als je huis 30 jaar of ouder is. Het valt onder verbeteringen aan het huis.

Dit zijn de regels, voorzover bekend (morgen kan de de pot leeg zijn en is het einde oefening - zucht !)
- Particulieren die zonnepanelen kopen, kunnen 15% van het aankoopbedrag terugkrijgen tot een maximum van 650 euro.
- De regeling loopt tussen 2 juli a.s. en 31 december 2013 (of eerder wanneer de subsidiepot leeg is).
- Beschikbaar budget: 22 miljoen euro in 2012, 30 miljoen euro in 2013.
- Minimale installatiegrootte is 600 Wp, max. installatiegrootte 3500 Wp.
- De installatie moet binnen 6 maanden worden gerealiseerd.
- Subsidie van 15% geldt alleen voor materiaalkosten.
- Stapeling van subsidies is niet mogelijk.
- Maximaal 1 subsidieaanvraag per adres.
- Aanvragen van subsidie met DigiD via www.agentschap nl.

Met andere woorden: de bonus is precies de prijs van een I-padje met een hoesje en wat app-tegoed
