RFXmeter over LAN

Hi Bert,

Do you have any plans to create a RFXmeter in a wired version like using LAN?

I am asking because I have serious trouble getting any good reception in my house. The range of my RFXCOM seems very limited and my house is 40meters long......
Of course the stuff I want to meter is at the far end

You can extend the range of the RFXMeter by changing the antenna wiring.

Open the RFXMeter, drill a 2mm hole in the enclosure at about 10mm next to the hole for the green LED.
Cut the yellow antenna wire at the bottom end (close to the 3rd module)
Feed the yellow antenna wire through the 2mm hole and close the RFXMeter.
