Change Led color

Hi,

Question, is there any one that have build of know where i can find a PCB that can do the following.

I have 1 RGB LED that i whant to change the color by change the input voltage, i think it's possible to made somethinge like that only my electro experience
is not from that kindy that i can build something what can do the trick.
