repare AC-1000

I have two Klik Aan Klik Uit modules type AC-1000 which are defect.
Can anybody tell me if these modules can be repared?

If
- they went defect normally and not by abuse
- They are less then a year old
- You have a counter recipe that states when you bought them

Then you can send them to KaKu for repair/replacement

Check their website for the address. (city is Zevenaar, i forgot the rest)
