Homeseer + Oregon battery + Connexion

Hello,
I am a beginner for Homeseer scripts and I would appreciate some help for the following:
I have several Oregon temperature sensors and would like to test if the battery are low but checking if the device associated to the temperature are giving the same exact value ( let's say 25,2°C) at 3 different time intervals.
For example, if the temp is 25,2°C at 9:00 am, 12:00 am and 18:00pm , it is likely that there is a pb ( either connection or battery)
I would appreciate some hints for a simple script
