IR camera's and Motion Sensors

Postby Jfn » Sat May 23, 2009 9:22 am

Anyone reading this knows if motion sensors and IR cameras can co-exist?

I intend to mount a camera with IR leds in a room that also has a motion sensor mounted to the wall and I was wondering: Will the IR radiation from the LEDs mess-up motion detection?

We will see just then. The camera and the motion sensor will face each other head-on at a distance of 7 meters.
