Hi everyone,
I started writing a KNX/EIB module for DomotiGa. I have bought a KNX IP Interface 730 at http://www.weinzierl.de/main/main_ip_interface.html. The interface worked fine for one evening on my Ubuntu Laptop in combination with EIBD. But it has stopped working under Linux now.
Using Windows XP everything is fine. I can ping the 730IP and ETS works like it should.
Using my Linux systems (Ubuntu Laptop, Dreambox 7025, NSLU2 running openwrt) I can't even ping. The rest of the network is OK, only the 730IP is unpingable.
I have no idea what's wrong.
Annyone??
Regards,
Timo

Could be you have some standard firewall from xp, or mcaffee which denies certain "standard" types of icmp ping.
