Don't expect too much in technical specs for that kind of money though. The primo is equipped with 512 MB RAM, 4GB flash storage, an Intel Atom 230 Single Core 1.6 Ghz and Xubuntu. Also, you need to assemble the computer yourself. Upgrades are possible, but you'll pay extra. Assembly will cost you 12,50 if you want it, 113 euro extra for a 1 TB HDD and 2GB will set you back 15 euro.

99 euro computer in Italy
As usual, they casually 'forget' half of the computer. Without a monitor it's not gonna be of much use. As such the price is more around 50% more or double what is advertised. If you're really that tight on cash look for a good second hand computer. With a little bit of luck you'll get a lot more value for money.
I understand that as a server you wouldn't need a monitor, but this is advertised as a family computer.
Ciao,
Esteban

Esteban is right, here in Italy there's a lot of Pubblicity about that, but it's without monitor. I think that they are looking for all that people that already have old (i mean 486, Pentium I) PCs that probably have a still working 14-15" color CRT monitor. with 99 euros you get a compatible (Internet, youtube ecc. ) pc more stable than old win95-98 . In my country recently, people discovered how to do not waste time (hours and hours) to POST, BANK , Government buildings using the so called "E-government". You must know that in little villages, people go to the bakery, food shops, where there's a pc to take medical appointments, pay car taxes and so on. This is the pc for that jobs.
