Hi Arno,

one possibility is homeseer with RFXcom and IRtrans.
Another is the remote of KAKU with timer.

on the logitech harmony forum (http://www.harmony-forum.nl/) there is a project going (project nodo) to build this using an arduino.
If you have a little bit of electronics knowledge, you can build it yourself.

Yes, i have the combination KAKU + Harmony + JB Media perfectly working.

The JB Media Light Manager Pro is a simple interface between the KAKU and Harmony (895, 1000 and 1100 with RF extender) and its simple in use. Works great. I bought my JB Media and Klik Aan Klik Uit from http://gemakinhuis.nl/merken/jb-media i think this is the only webshop for NL.

If you use the RF extender, you can place the JB Media in a cupboard. It has a USB connector for the PC.

Thanks all.
I think to pick up an old hobby and start with arduino as described in the Nodo project.
