Who is using the Skype plugin?

Who is using the Skype plugin, and what do you use it for?
Just noticed that the Skype plugin ($29) needs HSPhone ($49) for certain features. There's also a bundle of the Skype and HSPhone plugin available for $49 (saving $29)
