Weather display or VWS

Hi,

I am currently planning to buy a Davis Vantage Vue, but I have the following issue.
I whant to use a software program for as interface between the Davis and HS with VWS or Weather Display, but I can not really choice with one i must to take.

So who have experience with one of these software products and what experiences have you so i can made Decision

I like to hear it.

I use VWS (virtual weather station ) because license was included in my Oregon weather station. It has many features : ftp , website creation tool ..... and i like the alarm feature with many many parameters. see image. ciao, lorenzo

Have you some website online with this data so i can watch how its look.

And how you connect this data to HS?

I think Virtual weather station has a Homeseer plugin available.

No , not at the moment because i'm changing my HS server with a new Ion2 mainboard.
I will let you know. Bwired is right. I use HS plugin

I have a VantagePro running with Cumulus software. A few months ago I startde writting a script for this sw with HS, not finished yet. There is also a existing plug-in for this combination at the HS-messageboard.

@William.abbo have you some beta for the culumus script? Because i'm using at this moment weatherlink and cumulus.

Last weekend I have tried to made self a script that is collect data from weatherlink (see screenshot)


It's nice, but not optimal and would like to try your version for cumulus.
