Need help with hardware choice

Ik want to have a HS SpeakerClient on some piece of hardware for voice control.
Any advice for a really low cost solution?

I only need this:
- Must be able to run the SpeakerClient
- Capable of Ethernet or WiFi access
- Must be able to run a slim down version of Windows 7 due the provided VR engine in the OS.
- May run on SSD or USB stick if this is cheaper.
- No keyboard, mouse, screen needed.
