This is probably not the best topic to use for asking that question. However, the Opentherm Gateway will work with almost any boiler that communicates via the Opentherm protocol. The thermostat is the more determining factor of how much you can control via the gateway.

If your question is if Buderus boilers are likely to be using the Opentherm protocol, then no. Buderus is a US company and Opentherm doesn't appear to have taken off in the US yet. After a little googling I understand there is supposed to be an Opentherm converter for Buderus boilers. But if you have not specifically ordered that, the boiler probably doesn't communicate via the Opentherm protocol.

I'm trying to get the script up and running also.

All devices are created but not updated.

If i run the ps=1 command i'll get:

18-10-2012 19:50:53 - debugOTm - Response from Serial Port: T10012800BD0012800
18-10-2012 19:50:54 - debugOTm - Reply:

And then, nothing.

IF i run ps=1 from putty:

00000011/00001010,40.00,00000011/00000011,0.00,0/0,20.50,0.00,0.00,20.52,39.20,0.00,0.00,0.00,60/40,0/0,0.00,0.00,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0

If i run the PR=all (from homeseer)
The comport is opening suc6full after that:

18-10-2012 20:05:59 - OTmonitor error - communication: Waarde kan niet null zijn.Parameternaam: Argument Number is Nothing.

Any idea?

Often i see that there isn't a reply from the comport from within Homeseer.

If i run the OTmonitor everything is working fine.

I've the Remha Avanta with a iSense thermostat. When I send the TR=22 or TR=21 command, the room setpoint changed to 59 degrees....
Other commands like 20, 19, nothing happend. On the iSense the 59 degrees is also visble. I can only change the room setpoint therafter with the iSense.

The OT=outside command is send succesfully and visible on the iSense in the correct degrees.
The TemporaryTemperature device is changed to the correct temperature.
