1x RFXCOM Lan connect to 2x Homeseer

Is it technically/theoretically possible to connect 1 RFXCOM Lan to 2 Homeseer instances?
Maybe using some hack / tools
Example: One Homeseer (3) will only use the receiver and the other Homeseer (2) use both the receiver and transmitter.
