SAIX 12 and it's LED. Should it blink or not?

Just a quick question.

When I connect a SAIX12 to the power,(just the blue to N, and brown to L as test) should the LED start blinking?

I've connected many SAIX12's, and I think they all did, exept the one that I'm connecting now. (As I do not want to pull out the working SAIX12's I'm not 100% sure)

I tested this 'bad' SAIX12 at several places in the house, but no blinking LED.

Can I reset a SAIX12, or do I need to send this one back?

AFAIK Xanura modules must blink every 3 seconds.

Next is what should I do with this "DOA".
Send it back to the shop, or direct to Xanura.

After e-maling the shop (Waakzaamwonen), they told me that they would put a new SAIX12 on the post today!
With a bit of luck I should have the new SAIX12 tomorrow.

I just love the service from Waakzaamwonen.
