Re: Bwired Googlemaps upload data webservice
Hi Pieter,
Last week the power in Hoofddorp was down and therefore my domotica system too.
Girlfriend comes home and nothing was working.
Unfortunately I was not aware the system was down.
I know there are ways to get the system back up again but still I would like to know.
As I upload my data to Domoticaworld every hour your system must have noticed I was not around.
Maybe we can do the following: When userdata is not transmitted to domoticaworld for more than 1 cycle a mail or SMS is sent to that user (once).
Good idea? doable?
Kind regards,
Jeroen

Greetings Bwired,
I am a new user of DomotiGa and would like to try your mapping service please.
I have configured DonotiGa to send some data to your GoogleMaps webservice but now I need usable logon account.
Here is a copy of the log of the xml which gets sent, i have tried using my forum logon without success.
Best regards, DAvid.

Re: Bwired Googlemaps upload data webservice
OK
You need to add username and password in the XML.
you can set it yourself, just give a reply when its done and I can add you.
i can see the XML coming in with the new username and password
btw i see more new users!

Re: Bwired Googlemaps upload data webservice
It's true, and you already poked me about sending in empty xml files.
All is fixed and I'd like to be allowed into the system

Re: Bwired Googlemaps upload data webservice
No, you've br0k3n it on ze surfer side!

Thanks for the remark,Bwired wrote:Try not sending the http:// in the xml
I'll test it tomorrow and add a mouse-over help text on the gambas form in DomotiGa and submit it to Ron.
