Can you post a picture of the module and where you connected it within the Powermax Pro?

This is a kit for the Powermax (plus)! For the Powermax Pro you need another kit.

Waakzaam wonen.nl asked me to send it to them so they will have a look.
HomeCare did't even wanna know about a default rs232 cable, im not gonna buy anything from that store anymore....

is there a way to remote program without the kit ? When you take the cover from the powermax pro there is yet another connection for PC i bet thats a serial plug to..

Is there any result/conclusion what gave the trouble?
I am thinking about ordering the same set at the same shop, since Marcel /Waakz.Wonen is on holiday for a while and the price is about half.

Kewl so now for the new question, "is it possible to read out the eprom from the powermax pro and shoot it in to a new eprom ? So that i can get new version from new powermax pro and place it into a powermax pro from last year ?

?? I don't think it is easily possible
Send the panel back to Visonic!
The service of Visonic is really bad, sending back a very old panel is outrages :(
I think Visonic is becoming to popular and that shows in there service.......
