yes! btraced for android is submitted in the store, waiting for approval now
for Iphone btraced is already available, check www.btraced.com

I checked the iPhone App out, but it isn't possible to pull (e.g. every 5 minutes) your current location (not trips) from the btrace.com website i think. That is the main feature i am looking for, also my server can't be directly accessed via the internet (my preferred setup), which makes the "own" server option not handy.

OK you are looking for that functionality.
Also the Android version will not be able to do that
both work with trips and uploading to the btraced server is possible but limited for 50 trips and then you need to delete trips via personal Btraced login page.

Btraced is intended for uploading to your own server, so your data is only available for yourself and not somewhere in the (untrustworthy) cloud

We are busy with a new feature to do positioning as well on btraced, in that case you dont need to make a trip.
Im thinking also to update btraced.com and provide a (web)service that provides the last coordinates (position)
that could solve your problem.....

tested the app.. on an Galaxy S4 I9505 it's crashing when you press the map button
for the rest it's working okay.. but think it need a fix for map function

Hi pieter, maybe related to 123unlock his problem, maybe not. Today i started btraced and wanted to use google maps navigation. Google maps keeps crashing. After i turned btraced off no crashed. Btraced on? Crashes again. Device is Samsung S3. Grt harry

download the btraced android update, problem with googlemaps is fixed
