P1 port enabled on all new smartmeters?

I want to get new smartmeters installed, but Enexis can't tell me what brand or model I will get.
So, is it true that all smartmeters installed in 2014 in The Netherlands should have the P1 port enabled for user readout?

Volgens mij is het tegenwoordig verplicht om deze meter beschikbaar te hebben

ok, thanks.
I subscribed for a priority placement of the smart meters.
I'm curious about what brand I get, and if I can read the P1 port.

The P1 port is user readable by design. You can also use a SaaS option like
https://www.slimmemeterportal.nl/ (I use both)

Be aware that by using a service like slimmemeterportal.nl you will:
1. only get 15 minute values
2. get values with at least one day delay
3. supply your energy readings to a 'overige dienstenaanbieder, ODA' (e.g. slimmemeterportal.nl). And since you're not paying for that product, you ARE the product.....
4. not have to install anything yourself
When using P1 you will:
1. get 10 sec values
2. get values in real-time (well, almost)
3. keep all data where you want it
4. have to install some hard and software yourself
