The issue
- Marmitek MS13 is not always sending motion alert
- Everspring Z-Wave Motion sensor dies after a week and needs a reboot (reseat batteries)
The idea
I`ve bought a couple of these motion sensors to use for motion detection using normal wires and a relay board but the relay board needs 0v on the input to switch the relais and the PIR sensor is switching the opposite (3.3v)
Plan B
Connect the PIR sensor to a PI and use the GPIO pin input to send http request to homeseer to switch events
But..
I also found this and maybe its another cheaper idea than bying normal wireless motion sensors

Just put a cheap 7414 behind it. It has 6 inverters so you only need one of these for every 6 detectors.
