messed up statistics.xml

Already had the feeling things were not running wel for a while but finally took the time to check a few things. (I was missing one plug all the time in HS3)
I wanted to start clean so deleted all devices, removed the plugin and manually removed the dirs on disk.
Installed and configured the plugin.
Copied the statistics.xml and the switch.html files over to the webdir of plugwise. Testing the output I get the error below. ANy idea what is going on there and what could be a solution?
Still running v2.23 with the Latest HS3.
