Duration of value ; a database query question
I have a question about getting the duration of a value, which I can’t wrap my head around. It’s probably a simple thing for seasoned query guru’s, but please spare me ; I’m just leaning to use it all. Ik have a table as attached in the picture. This table records values whenever the state changes o...

Re: HStouch replacement with realtime website
Nodered with dashboarding is something I will be looking into. I think it will fit the bill and is very simple and quick to develop and maintain. It can be hosted on a raspberry pi, synology nas and many other stuff. Look at the example below how easy it is and what it looks like: https://www.youtub...

Re: HS3 MQTT Plugin
I would really like it if the plugin can also publish messages. My usecase is that I would like to create some Mysensors based stuff and control them via MQTT. There is a plugin for mysensors, but it's limited in functionality and supported sensors/actors. If your plugin can send MQTT messages (base...

Re: Chinese Relayboard Determination/Info
Hi Oarnt, Not to ruin the party, but I just want to give you a warning. I'm a frequent buyer at my Chinese friend Ali and I've learned to stay away from 230 volt equipment. The reason is that (most) of the time they are not safe. I'm talking about the well known usb chargers for phones. They hum, an...

Re: Hulp gevraagd voor plugin K8061 USB interfacekaart
He Maikel,
Alvast bedankt!

Re: Counters or Devices?
I think it depends on the situation. If you need a simple counter, you could use the new counter feature of HS3. If you need more (like a statusimage or notes or particular notation) it's best to use a virtual device. So far, I haven't use any counters but I can see that change in the near future. A...

Re: HS3 MQTT Plugin
Hi Geert-Jan, Just wanted to thank you for the plugin. I have this plugin running for integration of NFC tags to HS3. It's still early to say much about stability of the plugin, but I've noticed that the "Monitor MQTT broker" checkbox was empty for two times already within one week. I will...

Re: HS3 Logitech Harmony Hub plug-in
Very nice development, but I have one very important question --> If I initiate a Activity from the HS3 plugin, will the physical Harmony remote also change to that activity?

Re: switching all power sockets and lights
Hi Vince, I've read your project-to-be and am intrigued by it. I myself use Plugwise and I can tell you that the system is perfect. As long as you have enough devices to cover the ranges and the devices are configured it works flawlessly and fast. The only two problems are that you cannot switch the...
