Eyy i know that TRX868. I think this is the same tranceiver unit used in the Homematic devices from ELV . MAybe this hint will help

You cen get such a unit by buying a Homematic device and remove the TRX unit

I just got the new ELV newsletter and i noticed that teh MAX cube is now also available in DIY format

The big advantage here is that the complete PCB layout and schematic are available.

I have one here at home that i'm not using at the moment.

It's a 12V 24Watt dimmable by 0-10V or by trailing/leading edge external (traditional) dimmer.

You can solve your exit policy by buying 2 flaps and mount them back to back. This way you can control incoming and outgoing traffic ;-) Its a bit more expensive but it will do the trick.
