Thanks for testing remserial with the LAN receiver. Now I just have to wait until RFXCOM staff holidays are over so I can order the unit.
They don't have many/any resellers I guess?

I think remserial or similar would okay solution for Linux LAN support. But could someone with LAN receiver test it anyways? Also interested if XPL-Perl works with the LAN receiver.
I just want to be sure that some Linux console app (hopefully heyu) can use the LAN receiver.

Is there a such device that I can use with RFXCOM receiver? I would like to have some device in my pocket that detects I'm coming home and doesn't trigger alarm via RFXCOM receiver (marmitek door sensor). Do I need some kind of remote or is there a passive device available? Please recommend suitable...
