i am in the right mode and i tiped it in by hand and it dosent work

i tipped cccp 3 0 0 0 21 203 and then nothing happen. All the other arguments works. but in that time i wrote a batch file, with that i dont ahve to write all the arguments and everithing works too but not that slot

I read that Topic cause i want to controll my Chromoflex with my Keyboard or mayby with my iPhone. But i dont know where i have to tipe in the Codes from the manual. when i click on the exe file, a command line windows opens very short.

I hope you could help me
