The linked Conrad component datasheet uses the MAX232 by Texas Instruments, maybe use their Eaglesoft version of the library created by Vitaly Luban from Conexant, which could be found here?

At the schematic page IC2 (MAX232) seems to missing pin 15 (Vcc) and 16 (GND), which are shown in the assembly sheet.

Also the marking V+ and V- is slightly confusing (i confused V+ for Vcc). V+ is marked VS+ and V- is marked VS- in the MAX232 datasheet.

The schematic page states 'In case you want to power an ESP8266 or similar device from the same power supply, you may want to order these alternatives instead'.
