Re: Controlling Toon via Domoticz
Okay sorry for my tone. Please tell me where this was going wrong? For the full support of Domoticaforum I smurfed everthing to the script from Boverdevest. I can manually switch the switches, so it set scenes, auto program manually. But still no status, temperature, pressure readings. return { on =...

Re: Controlling Toon via Domoticz
When you use the Ehoco script, go and ask there ... Not sure what your web client is asking for, but whatever it is, it's not in the place where it is expected. Okay, then I will change my question. As mentioned in my post, scripts, tutorials etc like in the 1ste post here didn't work as well! Thes...

Re: Controlling Toon via Domoticz
In that way I saw some similarities. But I didn't know. Sorry for that.TerrorSource wrote:
You know that Ehoco "steals" all the information from this forum without a proper source underneath it?
The script you copied is EXACTLY the one from Boverdevest on page 2/3.

Re: Controlling Toon via Domoticz
Hello people, The following. Is use a script from Ehoco.nl as last resort right now. I would like to use this mode of operation on my Domoticz. Everything (scripts) seems to have been loaded properly, because I see no errors. Only the information will not been read by domoticz from my Toon. So no pr...

Re: Toon firmware - update script
Can you post that 'vertical Y' logs? Don't understand where that is coming from. Removing the download files doesn't help. As soon as the Toon has started a version download the OPKG package information is stored and can not simply be removed. It should not be a problem to start 5.0.4 so I'm curiou...

Re: Toon firmware - update script
Hi all, I have a question about the update script. I have aborted yesterday the update script by entering quit. The script has already downloaded the new 5.0.4. Today I wanna proceed but now the script crash after the message that 5.0.4 is already downloaded with a lot of vertical Y. My question is;...

Re: Rooting Toon (or boxx)
I have fully rooted my toon. For installing dropbear and openssh i used unpacked .ipk files from http://files.domoticaforum.eu/index.php?cam=/Toon . Maybe an idea to adjust/add this to your guide Marcel. Makes rooting much easier. Why? You don't need 'unpacked' ipk. Just install it with opkg as the...

Re: Rooting Toon (or boxx)
@Markie13: Sounds like a serial IO issue. Are you sure RxD and TxD are in the right place? Is your serial converter working properly with other hardware? From the "Fully automated rooting script" topic to here. It finally succeeded. I added password toon right after reboor. I didn't wait ...

Re: Fully automated rooting script
It's not a JTAG problem. How do you load the custom bootloader through JTAG if you can't type anything in your serial console? I open one console via Putty serial baud 115200 Other one via telnet 4444 And the last one an openocd console. So i have 3 consoles open. The serial console is where i can ...

Re: Fully automated rooting script
@Markie13: 1: Are you sure your serial console is fully functional? Apparently you can receive characters in your console, but can you also send them? 2: Until the boot loader is stopped, you cannot see what you type. Serial input is echoed onto the console only after the boot loader has switched t...

In your tutorial Marcel its not clear for me which console i have to use for what even when i read the dutch guideline. When i use the guideli...
