If you have your "meteradapter" connected to the P1 port of your smart meter you already will have these options.
Just add a tile with the consumption. (real time, hours, day)

The display and the hardware are paired, so I've read somewhere.
So swapping them out isn't possible.
I've also heard that sometimes it is possible, but I guess you have to be lucky sometimes lol

Jammer dat het niet werkt.
Heb hier net zo'n meter en geen enkel probleem, zelfs niet met een oude (1 vlammetje) meetadapter.

Toon is for opentherm or on/off. Maybe thermostat plus is installed on it and you are on the 6 tiles option? This will/is possible eliminate the "normal" thermostat option. If so go to the settings of themostat plus and switch to 4 tiles. (if thermostat plus is not on your toon it might be...

Je kunt nog eens proberen de meteradapter een reset te geven.
Dit doe je door hem in het stopcontact te steken en dan ca 10 seconden de koppelknop ingedrukt houden (dacht dat er na zo'n 10 seconden de ledjes gingen knipperen).
Daarna ga je hem weer koppelen met de Toon.
