Re: http url

Hi all, I come back to this forum a bit by chance, to see if there are News. And indeed there are News. This function to update the power data is really interesting for me since I've never been able to connect my P1 cable to the Toon. It works flawlessly with my Domoticz installation though, however...

Re: Toon firmware: issues (and solutions)

Here it is : It's inside feature (without "s"), don't know if it's a typo from you. For info : I never edited or replaced this file, except for the language. (and except now obviously) This file gets reset every time you connect the Toon to Eneco's servers and also after a factory reset. ...

Re: Toon firmware: issues (and solutions)

Can you post your scsync file (with the feature configured)? Here it is : It's inside feature (without "s"), don't know if it's a typo from you. For info : I never edited or replaced this file, except for the language. (and except now obviously) Could it be coming froé the language incomp...

Re: Toon firmware: issues (and solutions)

ok, I misunderstood your previous answer. I thought that "something" in /qmf/qml/resource-something.rcc was a kind of wildcard So I expected to find : /qmf/qml/resource-boilerMonnitor.rcc I have added boilerMonitoring inside of <feature></feature> (which was actuially empty). I've first re...

Re: Toon firmware: issues (and solutions)

Unnecessary if you don't have a Eneco toon subscription. Then not sure I have to investigate further :-) All Toon native apps are in the resource file (/qmf/qml/resource-something.rcc) since firmware 4.16 .. :-) This folder is almost empty. Here is what I have : eneco-001-xxxxxx:/qmf/qml# ls -alh d...

Re: Toon firmware: issues (and solutions)

Playing around with my Toon, I decided to make a reset of data in order to remove all data from the previous owner. Every worked fine, except that I now see that the BoilerMonitor app has disappeared. First of all : is this app useful ? If not I can leave without. (I have a virtual boiler connected ...

Re: Toon firmware: issues (and solutions)

Another question: my dev toon is not connected to the boiler. Does anyone know if there is an opentherm boiler simulator (via a raspberry for example?) out there which I can connect to the 'keteladapter' ? Yes. It consist of an OTGW with the interface firmware flashed onto it, a USB-to-serial adapt...

Re: [WIP/Released] P1 Data injector

Hi, the link is now indeed public. I will take time to read it. Concerning reverting or inverting data, what I wanted to say is indeed "invert". This is something provided by the ftdi chip itself. On windows this can be changed using the software ft_prog. Now the question is : is it really...

Re: [WIP/Released] P1 Data injector

Hi Timkoers,

I’be seen that git repo.
I just missed the schematics.

I have ordered a ftdi cable so that I will be able to revert TX.

By the way : the link you posted on pastebin seems to be a private one.
It’s not publicly accessible.

Re: [WIP/Released] P1 Data injector

It seems the previous wiring was correct (or at least "less wrong"), because I wired according to the use of a flat cable, but I got an error in the counters sections saying "No sensor found". Then I re-wired it back to what I first did, and the message is now : "Sensors are...

Re: [WIP/Released] P1 Data injector

Finally, how do I know what the RJ11 connector on the zwave applicance is waiting for ? Does it wait for inverted signals ? Is it able to adapt ? What about the pinout ? I connected 3 pins : RTS (hardware connected to CTS), GND, and TX. I guess it shoud work..... It will most probably not be able t...

Re: [WIP/Released] P1 Data injector

It took some time for my post to be approved (not criticizing, just explaining why I have more info), and I continued to search. I focused on the cable itself. Let's call it the "smartmeter P1 cable". I'm now sure it works with read only. Only 3 wires are connected : GND, RTS and RX. No wi...

Re: [WIP/Released] P1 Data injector

Hi all, this thread is dead for 1 year, but maybe you can help me. I'm trying to achieve more or less the same as what timkoers did : inject data on the P1 port. The reason for doing so is that I have a smartmeter, with P1 port, but here in Luxembourg the data is encrypted. So the toon would be unab...

Re: OTGW used to simulate a boiler device

So from a physical point of view it can work (with the interface firmware). I did not think about the protocol timing. There’s no need to have real-time data. A delay of some seconds is totally acceptable. Currently everything is cached in Domoticz, so data will be directly available. ...anyway, I t...

OTGW used to simulate a boiler device

Hi, I recently bought a thermostat (toon, for testing purpose) that can communicate with a boiler using opentherm protocol. Unfortunately my boiler is not compatible with opentherm. I have a RPi that is connected to the boiler using optolink (see https://github.com/openv/openv/wiki/Die-Optolink-Schn...
