So yes it seems that the tranfering fails. It now has a timeout of 60 seconds and before that it should already have been finished. Could you check the wiring for bad connections (they seem to be wired ok, but give too much errors i think)? I tried different wires, same result. Maybe it's an issue ...

The reason why you can't type anything is probably because the payload script is still running. You can start toonrooter with option --boot-only I believe that the payload (the script etc) should be still there from the last attempt. After the boot-only attempt you should be able to perform actions...
