Re: Toon App: Water
Could you please try pin D2? Also check your wiring and sensor placement. The pulse is triggered falling edge. So it first must be high and get low. Do you use the 5v version of the sensor? Did it work better on the previous version? I changed the version to 1.3.3 github.com/oepi-loepi/water_ESP_pa...

Re: Toon App: Water
I have the new firmware working, but:
When I use water it works like it should do.
But slowly the count goes up without water use and no pulses from the sensor.
How can this be explained.
I use a Wemos, sensor connected on D1, version 1.2.0.
Tried 500 and 2000 for demping. No difference…
Thanks!

Re: Toon App: Water
Indeed this is the wemos firmware. To update: Use the online update function (download the .bin and use the update button on the wemos webpage) OR Reflash the wemos using usb cable. Trying to update from 1.1.11 to 1.2.0 via de update function. Selected the downloaded bin, ToonWater2_version_1.2.0.i...

Re: Toon App: Water
As long as you keep the length not excessive long, there should not be a problem. A few meters for a digital signal is nothing special. It should work. What does the webportal show (esp-toonwater.local) when you keep refreshing the page and add pulses to the sensor? The portal looks normal, but no ...

Re: Toon App: Water
Is there a maximum of length of the cable? I had a nice working set, but wanted the wire out of sight. I doubled the length of the original sensor. The red-led on the sensor is working as usual, the blue led on the wemos goes out when the led on the sensor is on. but the Wemos doesn't seem to give a...

Re: Toon app: PiHoleStats
Thanks for this useful Toon-App! Nice to see when you walk by your thermostat you see the status of Pi-Hole
One thing, I try to switch off Pi-Hole-icon in systray, but although its switched off, it stays in systray, even after restart.
Can you solve that?
Thanks!
