Ah, all right. I did not know this architectural fact. Clear. Then I know how to continue to help to improve this. Thanks!

Re: OTGW firmware 5.0
Hi Schelte, If I do understand it correctly, this is implemented as in OTmonitor as an additional layer over the OTGW? Such that OTmonitor implements an MQTT interface? But doesn't the OTGW PIC not implement an MQTT interface already? Then it sounds a bit redundant. Actually, I don't use OTmonitor, ...

Re: OTGW firmware 5.0
It seems like mainly an issue of the MQTT interface of OTGW. Now I use another Home Assistant integraton (Opentherm_gw) that doesn't use MQTT but the web API, and now, after setting the Remeha DP200 parameter to 0 for making it externally controllable, I can get the behaviour I want. The Evohome the...

Re: OTGW firmware 5.0
I don't know if it's firmware related, but I noticed that when 'Heater' is set to 'Economy mode' (in Opentherm Monitor), a Read-Data Status (MsgID=0) is duplicated, once with "DHW enable: enabled (1)" and one immediately after with "DHW enable: disabled (0)". In 'Comfort mode', o...

Scheduled DHW Eco/Comfort mode: Remeha Calenta+Evhome+OT GW
I try to achieve a time-scheduled DHW mode switching between Eco- and Comfort mode, on a Remeha Calenta Ace 40c in combination with an Evhome (zoned thermostat) and possibly by using OpenTherm Gateway (OTGW https://www.nodo-shop.nl/en/opentherm-gateway/188-opentherm-gateway.html) in combination with...

Re: difference Remeha Calanta and the Remeha Calenta Ace rj11
It seems like Remeha dropped the serial interface (2021 Remeha Calenta Ace 40c), and now the RJ connector on the front uses a 1 MHz CAN Bus (2.5V I/O signal).

Re: HW=state toggle and Opentherm messages
I'm looking for this feature too, for a Remeha Calenta Ace 40c, controlled with an EvoHome via an OpenthermGateway. However, how do I make the HW=0 or =1 message being translated into the P4 parameter and have that send to the Remeha heater? In OpenTherm Monitor (https://otgw.tclcode.com/otmonitor.h...
