Setpoint vs. Boiler temperature mismatch

Hi, Not sure where to post, but I thought I'd start here. Using OTGW I collect various info among which the Boiler setpoint temperatures and CH water temperatures. I'm using a weather compensation control setup (weersafhankelijk) and I can see the Setpoint temperatures nicely following (opposite tem...

I second that. Would make reading things a lot easier and be very usefull.

Re: Boiler water temp higher than maximum?

Interesting indeed. Yes, the boundaries were still 50 to 0 before I changed the setting on the boiler. After I set the boiler to 80, I didnt check the string of values itself (PS=1), but I did send a PS=0 command straight after which then resulted in updated boundary values "80 0" in the &...

Re: Boiler water temp higher than maximum?

I managed to increase SH to above 50. It turned out its not (just) setting the code CP000 to 80 on the Remeha Tzerra Ace, but rather (or also?) the max temp value before you even go into the menu of the boiler. See below: In case anyone has the same issue in the future, I’ve added the part where it’...

Re: Boiler water temp higher than maximum?

hi. Thanks. I tried what you said. On the boiler I made sure I set CP000 to 80. (I also set CP010 back to 50 as I realised this is a 'fail-safe' value, and I want to keep it) Then I pressed the reset button on the OTGW board (resent version bought from Nodo-shop) for about 3 seconds. All leds switch...

Re: Boiler water temp higher than maximum?

thanks for the info. I do remember the installer asked me about the max temp. I have floor heating downstairs, radiator heating upstairs. I checked and indeed it was setting CP000 on the Remeha Tzerra Ace that was set to 50 degrees. Just to have the flexibility I now increased it back to 80, but ......

Boiler water temp higher than maximum?

Hi all, Installed my OTGW and have it integrated in Domoticz. All seems working fine as far as I can see. Two questions though: 1] I'm trying to set a maximum boiler water temp. I'm using the command SH for this in OTMonitor (Max CH water setpoint) Although I set SH to 35 and I get this confirmed in...

Re: Opentherm R-BUS

This thread is a bit old already, but I have a question which is related. I've just had a Remeha zTerra Ace installed. An eTwist thermostat is connected directly, without any separate gateway. The "Ace" version supports this. Yesterday I ordered my OTGW. Question: Would I need an extra gat...
