Normaly the double front is in the same package, although they "forget" it sometimes. I had this several time, after a call they sended it to me.

With the new version it doesn't work for me anymore. Try to find the same hex but when i change it it still won't start.

I got 7 sense's and best pratice for me is to activate the device after 2 minutes with the (pretty) hidden button to get connected.
Sometimes i had to do that for 3 times before you see the questionmark disapear.
