The two Atag boilers listed on this page doesn't support the counters (Data-ID's 116 - 123). So probably not on your boiler too.

Is message ID 135 a OpenTherm 3.0 message? I can't find any documentation about OpenTherm 3.0, except the Wikipedia article which describes OpenTherm Smart Power is added in OpenTherm 3.0. It's a Data-ID above 127 so is most likely a manufacturers (Remeha) message for test & diagnostic purposes...
