I guess the best thing to do for that is just call or e-mail Plugwise and ask them In my experience they can be really short and avoiding in answers via e-mail, so I would suggest just calling them.

I would love to see it as a Windows service too, but I'm afraid that's not possible. I use auto logon on my Windows 2008R2 server and put the shortcut in the startup folder so it starts automatically when my server boots. Haven't tried tools that sometimes make it possible to run a normal executable...

Yes it's still valid. Just go to the Plugwise website, select your products and on the checkout page at the bottom you'll find a discount code link which will display a field where to enter the code 15DOMOTICA to get the 15% discount.
