Re: ABGO - Small, easy, transportation for you and your stuff
In the end you will resort to a device which has a much wider footprint, is not that adorably small, and has proper wheels and also... I just had yet another "I wish I had an ABGO"-moment. I was moving a cabinet from a room, across the hall and into another room. With a ABGO it would be d...

Re: ABGO - Small, easy, transportation for you and your stuff
I should say that the whole point of this is that the "boards" are small . The Speedster is even credit card size when it's folded. That is the point, you can easily have them with them Note also that in a large amount of places, airports/malls etc, any form of wheeled transportation (exce...

ABGO - Small, easy, transportation for you and your stuff
(I first posted this on the homeseer-forums, but there's also alot of smart people here that might be interested) I want to tell you about a product on Kickstarter that I would really, really like myself. But in order for me to get one, other have to like the idea too. And on this forum there's also...

Re: Advantages of RFXtrx433 over Tellstick Duo?
In my opinion the Tellstick Duo should be avoided at all cost if possibe. The RFXtrx433 has longer range, supports the most devices by far, has way better support, and it receives firmware updates more often. The RFXtrx works with different software or gateways, where Tellstick is mainly supported b...

Re: Sound sensor
In the end I went for the relay in post 2. Works great! If I were to use a microphone, either analog or digital I still had to write the trigger software myself. With an analog microphone I would need a spare mic input in the vicinity of the crib. With the digital route I would have to figure out a ...

Re: Wireless tag
Or you can use a graphic frequency analyzer. It sounds expensive but you can have one for around E 30,- with an USB DVB-T adapter for televicion reception. Look into Realtek RTL2832U Software Defined Radio. This gives you a radio/frequency scanner ranging from about 200Mhz - 2.2Ghz on the cheap Woa...

Isn't that a common problem problem with 2.4 GHz compared to 433 MHz?

That really depends on what light you connect and how much light you require, as long as you only use 12V leds.mrtiger wrote:Is there enough light in them too use them outside?
