Hey Rene,
Makes me wonder what sketch you did upload ?
I still need to find some time to play with these..
@raymonvdm
Not sure what controller you have, but you could try to look for a milight or huebridge compatible firmware so the driver wont be a issue.

Re: Economic WiFi Home Automation Sensors
Take a look at esp easy..... esp8266.nu ( arduino ide )
Make sure you have good wifi coverage and use a proper firmware to have a good esp experience.

Re: EspLight - Wifi RGB LED controller
If you want a esp 8266 based led driver, that's cheap : This one can drive a rgb w w , so you can drive 5 channels of 12v led stripes https://eryk.io/2015/10/esp8266-based-wifi-rgb-controller-h801/ Oh and NeoPixels can be driven straight from a esp.. simplest and cheapest way is a esp dev board ( 5v...

Re: switching all power sockets and lights
Hahaha, agree on the wild and goofy plans..! :D these things make me happy i would not even try to cut these hole in steel and make a complete inlay panel from a softer material. for drilling all these holes you do earn bonus points ! Any way you deserve credits for posting, and continuing your proj...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
Well i have to say that inventor is difficult for me to use, as i am used to a different way of drawing. But from what i have seen it so easy to adjust your things. Also love the way you build things in parts and out of these parts you make a assembly so you can see your stuff fits right, and even s...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
Well software to draw in is like what do you prefer for dinner..... To be honnest there isnt one program i use, but its more like a bunch.... I have learned myself a bit of 3d ages ago when 3dsmax was still running on a intel i386 and needed 64MB internal memory to run. I have tried many programs, c...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
Sounds good/looks ( large formats ), but i am not sure about the flex resin container. I would want to see a demo 1st. And make sure you realise you need a dlp beamer to. The used slicer is from the mentioned forum, buildyourownsla.. the admin pacmanfan ( Steve ) wrote that piece of free software. t...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
@Vincenttor Well to be honest, its that i dont have the space... to do my things. CNC is in my sleeping room with a large dust collector, but still its messy.... 3d printer was in the living room but now its in the closet, just not much time but i am sure gonna use it. and finish the conversion from...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
Kewl so together we can start fablab purmerend! :D I use the acer h6510BD wich is about 659,- listed and it also shows your movies on the wall. The whole trick is the wavelength of the dlp beamers, as the white light makes the resin go hard... So the distance from your beamer to the resin is importa...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
Its not about stronger. The material wont break but the layers will get separated from each other on a extruded printer. ( this occurs less fast with a sla as you print layers and not lines ) My 1st sla printer parts where made on a extruder ( tooth paste system ) and they broke with not much tensio...

Re: Anyone here into 3D printing?
@ Vincenttor Its actually one stepper.... :O) and it yes it could be done with fairly low budget. The only expensive thing you need is a dlp beamer, and the higher the lumens the shorter the layer takes to get hard. i use a 3000 lumen acer beamer and it takes about 2sec for one layer. And yes, life ...
