Well, they are 1-wire sensors, so they should be supported on the Fibaro. You may just need to fiddle a bit getting the correct wires (GND,5V,Data) into the Fibaro module, but the documentation should help with that. They look actually quite neat...

Yes. Get the Day or Night plugin from the app store and put the off-sets in there. Then set up a triggered scene to operate the motor module. Job done :)

The bypass is not much more than a capacitor which you install parallel to the load (light).

I've just replaced 4x 35W GU10 with 4x 4W Philips Masterled GU10's and am using these on the Fibaro FGD211 and dimmer bypass.
