Re: Visonic Powermax Interface (Windows) application
The localhost seemed to do the trick. Not sure why, but removing the credentials and using the localhost made it work. I indeed plan on creating a device that keeps the status and one that controles it. If it works correctly it can replace the current interface through RFXcom which was always a bit ...

Re: Visonic Powermax Interface (Windows) application
Hi, I just installed the plugin and looks great. I have an active connection to the powermax, but I can't seem to send commands to homeseer. To test I want a light to turn off when the alarm is armed. I send the following command over a webbrowser and the light turns off. http://[myserver]/JSON?user...

Re: Versie 3.0.0.7

Settings lost after reset
Hi all,
Have a strange, but very frustrating problem. I have rearranged the sensors (input devices) that RFXcom reads by giving them new 'strings' (/2 etc). However... everytime the server reboots the settings revert to their originals.
Anybody any idea how to solve this?

Re: KaKu doorsensors not working
did that... doesn't work unfortunately.
What I did notice that it could find the sensor when I removed the battery of the sensor... but it didn't do anything after that. Battery is brand new btw.

KaKu doorsensors not working
So last week my domotica server experienced some problems and I decided to install homeseer again. Everything seems to work, but I can't get the RFXcom receiver to pick up the signals of the KAKU door sensors. The former installation had no problems whatsoever, but somehow this one won't. It does re...

Re: Onbekende X10 commando's in logfile

Re: what am I missing?
Hi Bert,
Found the problem. Since you said in your post that I might have a rfxmitter and not a transmitter got me thinking. I changed it and now it works.
Sorry

what am I missing?
I just bought a RFXcom transmitter for controlling the KAKU devices in my house. But somehow I can't get anything to respond. When I use the RFtransmitter program it seems to connect ok, but somehow I can't get it to switch a single light. Anybody have any ideas? Below the log from the transmitter: ...
