You could connect an OpenTherm GateWay (OTGW, http://otgw.tclcode.com/index.html ) between boiler and toon's boiler interface. Gives complete logging and a bit of control.

Hmmm .. apparently it has issues.
The best you can do is just copy the old rra databases + dat files to the new toon, together with the config_hcb_rrd.xml file and config_hcb_pwrusage.xml. These files hold all information regarding your history. And remember: Thou shalt make back-ups!

Tick box in "Show date and time instead in dim" as per preference.

Probably 5.30.4, it's been released today. If it's being offered to you via TSC it should be OK to install.
Not sure about novelties, probably not an awful lot, it's hardly ever worth mentioning these days.

That's not the right pinout, (toon's JTAG pinout does not follow any standard), so you get the "all zeroes" error. Please read the rooting manual for the proper pinout. Probably it's written in the rooter script as well.
