If the update keeps failing, stop the plugin, and restart homeseer. Or just restart Windows if needed. It usually means something is stuck.

What version of HS4 are you using? When you search for Plugwise Pro in the HS4 store, this is what you see: Annotation 2020-06-11 222528.png Under Legacy Plugins, the left one is the 4.0.0.9 version. The right one is the very old, free version you already have installed. Does this help? Good luck!

Ah, I think you want to update from the old (non Pro) version? There is no upgrade path for that, and the new version 4 won't work with Source either. Sorry for the confusion.

No, you can simply upgrade through the updater. After installation, you will be guided by an upgrade process. Make sure to backup your system if you want to be able to go back to version 3. Devices will be modified which makes them incompatible with older versions of the plugin.

The Plugin is available again in the updater, however not all issues are resolved. Still working on that with HomeSeer, but for now it can be installed again by using the updater.
