Totally agree with Bwired, would be great to get rid of Plugwise, just converted It from the Windows Source to my Domotiga system. This is at least much faster then the Windows system.

So yes, an open system based on wifi is great!

No subscription for me as well, only want an API.

So let's hope for an open solution, or at least no need for a subscription......

Re: Testers gezocht voor uitlezen slimme meters

Apologies for the original dutch text, was wrong footed by the subject name. Yes, I'm also interested in this. Have been using Plugwise for the last couple of years and still satisfied with it....;-) I also own both Apple and Android devices, so can test quite a few things. Like to hear how this can...

Re: Bwired track & trace app Btraced soon in the appstore

Super Pieter!!

Looks great, was confused when I downloaded it because of Mushapps.....;-)

Funny to see you travel to the different KPN offices.
Am curious about the effect on my battery.

Michel.

Re: My home automation project / software

Thx Gijs, but that comes very close to the price of the SHT11, which is used on the original roomboard Jeenodes.

I'll have to think about that. On Samenkopen.net in the section of Niels there is a humidity sensor now as well, for about 2.50 euro.

Rgds,
Michel.

I prefer a station. You can regulate the temp and a solid stand for the hot iron.

There are also projects for Jeenodes to measure water/gas/electricity. Just do a search on the Jeelabs fora.

Hi vanisher,

I'm using quite a few Jeenodes now, great stuff and very flexible and open.

For a soldering iron, look at http://www.eleshop.nl/aoyue-936-soldeer ... -p-61.html
Very affordable and more then good enough.

Rgds,
Michel.
