Thanks for your reply Schelte, I've set up ser2net on my Pi now instead of using otmonitor as a relay. I understand otmonitor shouldn't influence the behavior of the boiler because it isn't sending any commands that could cause the error, but somehow it does seem to matter. I recently set up a Raspberry Pi and OTGW as well and I wanted to share the script I use to run otmonitor as a daemon.
