Re: Z-wave software stack
If you only want to be able to send commands, receive status updates and poll devices, it's pretty easy to code up something yourself. Info about the zwave protocol is up for grabs these days, making it pretty easy to create your own software (as long as you dont need it to set up your zwave network...

Re: A few burning zwave question
Also: If you have a Aeon Labs USB stick, it's all you need (it it a primary controller so you can setup your network with it) I use a lot of ACT switches: When you set them up to associate them with your primary controller (in group 1) you'll be notified when they're controlled locally so there wont...

Re: voice recognition...

Re: Pop duwi switch association problems
Hi ezhome, thanks for the answer.
I guess I dont have to look into it then anymore.
I'll put these in spots where only the pc will controll them then, this way I wont need local controll and it's status.
For the other lights I guess I'll go for the ZDW230's

Re: voice recognition...
Hoi Joost, Zover ik weet is er nog geen NL versie van de MS SAPI, dus directe nl voice recognition in Homeseer gaat je niet lukken ben ik bang (correct me if i'm wrong... please) Maar er zijn anders genoeg andere mogelijkheden: Kijk bijvoorbeeld eens naar Dragon Naturally Speaking (Pro). Dit is een ...

Re: voice recognition...

Re: Pop duwi switch association problems
But thats just it, when i reset the plu, reintegrate in my network and then only associate with my controler it till doesnt work (eventhough this way of instant notification does work with my other brand zwave devices)
Is this just a limitation in the duwi models then?

Pop duwi switch association problems
Hey all, I recieved a few new pop duwi dimmer switches today, but even though I can associate them with my controller or other lights, my controller wont recieve the instant status notification when their the buttons are pressed. When I associate them with other zwave lights (from other brands) they...

Re: Data in rfxcom mdb
Hierin ku...

Re: notify-send over the network
My first try would be: Run a service on the laptop that listens to a socket connection on a certain port Have the server then open a socket connection to that port, send the data through (lamp on) and disconnect from the socket. If you don't want to write your own program for this, or don't want to ...

Re: Data in rfxcom mdb

Re: The I-1 domotica project thread
I bought the 315mhz version of ananiah and have to say: Since I put it far away from my rfxcom reciever I havent missed more then 1-2 heartbeats in a row (for about 3 weeks now). Before that I also had strange faillures that I just couldnt place. Anyway, I'm still thinking about switching to Carlos'...
